    "New charity will transform lives for disabled"

    THE launch of a new charity which raise awareness of people with disabilities in Harlow has been hailed as a "great day for the town", by prospective Harlow Conservative MP Robert Halfon.

    A host of local dignitaries joined Harlow paralympian Ann Wafula Strike at Passmores School on Saturday for the launch the Disability Empowerment Association.
